How to convert an image to PDF

Is this image to PDF converter free?
Yes. The current PictoPDF converter is free to use and does not require a sign-up.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Image-to-PDF processing happens in your browser on your device. The website's host may still receive ordinary page requests, but PictoPDF does not send the selected image files to a conversion server.
Can I combine multiple images into a single PDF?
Yes. Add up to 60 images, review and reorder them, then make one PDF. Each input image must be 30 MB or smaller; very large batches can exceed your device's available memory.
Does image to PDF conversion reduce image quality?
Images are resized when necessary (up to 2,700 pixels on the longest edge or 5 megapixels) and embedded as JPEG images. You can select higher quality, but original pixels and transparency may not be preserved.
Can I convert images to PDF on my phone?
Yes, on mobile browsers that support the required image and canvas features. Select photos from your device and download your PDF after conversion.
Can I convert HEIC photos?
Not in this version. Please convert HEIC images to JPG or PNG with a compatible tool before adding them to PictoPDF.
Can the generated PDF contain searchable text?
The PDF contains images of your photos, not recognized text. This converter does not perform OCR or create editable document text.
